Growing up in Salt Lake City, Chad developed a great appreciation for what Utah has to offer. After starting up a satellite business, he decided to transition his efforts into real estate, starting with his own short term rental portfolio and becoming a realtor, then eventually creating AirDream to help others manage their vacation homes. Apart from helping others with their rentals, Chad enjoys fishing, mountain biking, and spending time with his family. Fun fact: Chad is the #1 Short Term Rental seller in the state of Utah!
Jeremy Jareckyj
Director of Operations
Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Jeremy chose to come to the University of Utah to study Civil Engineering, and decided to stay because of the beauty which the area brought. After meeting Chad, he decided to join forces to provide AirDream with his valuable skills and knowledge of the STR market. Aside from AirDream and being a realtor, Jeremy enjoys mountain biking, skiing, and learning more about the Utah real estate market. Fun fact: Jeremy loves revamping old homes to create amazing guest experiences!
